ORANGE JULIUS
16 oz orange juice
ice
water
1 oz vanilla
1 t instant vanilla pudding mix
Fill blender with orange juice and ice to 3/4 full. Add water to just cover ice.
Add syrup and instant vanilla pudding mix.
Blend until smooth.

PEACHY DELIGHT SMOOTHIE
1 whole peach
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
4 cubes of ice
3 tablespoons of vanilla yogurt
1 cup of peach yogurt
Slice the peach, then add the 2 tablespoons sugar, process in the blender, add the 4 cubes of ice and process again until ice crystals are nearly gone. Add 3 tablespoons of vanilla yogurt, and 1 cup of peach yogurt. DELISH!

STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE
4 large strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 c. milk
1 ripe banana
5 ice cubes
1 1/2 tsp sugar (opt.)
Combine strawberries, milk and ice. Blend until perfectly smooth. Add sugar. Blend for 1 minute. Makes approximately 32 oz.

Sangria

SANGRIA
1 cup Appleton Rum
2 cups lemonade
4 cups Cabernet or Burgundy wine
2 oranges
1 lemon
1 lime
Fresh strawberries and/or any other seasonal fruit.
2 cups lemonade
4 cups Cabernet or Burgundy wine

1 lime
Fresh strawberries and/or any other seasonal fruit.
Pre-chill all ingredients.
2. Thinly slice fruit and set aside.
3. In a large glass pitcher, add together the lemonade, wine, and Appleton Rum.
4. Mix in most of the fruit, keeping a sufficient amount for garnishment.
5. Add lots of ice (preferably using clear ice).
6. Using the remaining fruit to garnish the serving pitcher and wine glasses.

This stuff is so good. My sisterinalw makes it all the time without the alcohol. Yummy!
